A secure collaboration session is any real-time or asynchronous workspace where all transmitted data is encrypted in transit and at rest using AES-256. Sessions are isolated per organization and require authenticated user access with role-based permissions. No third-party analytics or tracking scripts are injected into these sessions.
Multilingual workflows refer to automated sequences that detect source language, route content to the appropriate translation engine or human reviewer, and apply language-specific formatting rules. Each workflow is configurable per team and supports fallback language pairs when a direct match is unavailable.
Digital document exchange covers the upload, versioning, annotation, and controlled distribution of files within the platform. Supported formats include PDF, DOCX, XLSX, and plain text. Exchange logs are retained for audit purposes per the organization’s retention policy, and files are automatically scanned for malware before delivery.
The platform supports over 60 languages for text-based communication and document translation. Real-time voice interpretation is available for 12 major languages. Language coverage is reviewed quarterly and expanded based on customer demand and regional regulatory requirements.
Organizations can choose primary data residency from data centers in North America, Europe, or Asia-Pacific. Upon account closure, all customer data is permanently deleted within 30 days. A final export of documents and communication logs is available during the notice period.
